Each job seeker and each job is unique, making access to our complete lists essential for finding the right people and jobs. For instance, one client may use the term "groom," another might say "stable help," and yet another might call the job "barn manager's assistant" -- and each person might be referring to similar or quite different types of work. Some employment resources ask you to limit your search by job type and industry segment. This reduces the likelihood of success, because you are left guessing which category might help you find the unique person or job that fits your needs. Our complete lists are arranged in columns to help you spot the right listing, and you may search our web site lists by any key word you choose.

You can revise your ad on our List of Candidates as often as you like with no extra fees imposed. Go on or off the active List of Candidates as many times as you like during your subscription period and still get the List of Jobs. If your subscription expires, signing up with us again is easy because your records are kept on file. We simply bring your most recent record up to date by making any changes you want and then start your subscription again. You also receive a discount if you extend your initial subscription.
10. Employers, you will like us because... we don't try to fit a square peg in a round hole by trying to convince you to hire the wrong person. You choose exactly who you are interested in, and you may hire as many people as you want through our system without paying any extra hiring fees. Resubscribing is easy because all job listings from your previous subscriptions are maintained in our system indefinitely. We can run your previous ads, modify them, or start fresh with a new approach. Changes to job listings can be made as often as you like at no charge. Employers with ongoing personnel needs can subscribe for a full year and receive a 20-25% discount.
11. Information about you is password protected. Our List of Candidates and List of Jobs are available only to paid subscribers who must enter a valid client number and password to get access. This means information about you like your name, address, and telephone number is not available to just anyone. You are protected from criminals that might be surfing the internet (they are out there) and from e-marketers looking for people to harass with marketing schemes and unwanted products. When you enter personal information at another web site where your information will not be password protected or where getting a password is free, you don't get the protection that Equimax gives you. Don't give your phone number or physical address to these other web sites.
12. We offer many ways to pay for your subscription. We accept major credit and debit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover). We also accept cash, check, or money orders. If you don't have a credit card and want immediate access, you can authorize us to do a bank draft out of your checking account by giving us your checking account information by phone or fax. If all else fails, clients may pay by bank wire transfer.
