If you do not have an email address, here are some other ways to get your password.

Both your user name (client number) and password can be found in the upper right-hand corner of any letter we send you, such as the confirmation letter we sent with your receipt on the day we processed your order.

If you subscribed using our on-line order forms and you gave us an email address, we sent you an email message with your password and client number in it.  Search your emails for emails with the Subject "Equimax Order" to find our message.

Call us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, and we will give you your password and client number immediately.
